okay so i have the regular hair on the upper lip, but some of it's dark. i have started to lay in the tanning bed and i was wondering if i used the bleach it would discolor my tanned skin? i heard it discolors it for about 1 hour after usage but then goes back to normal. but does it do that when you tan?
Is it okay to use facial hair bleach if you lay in a tanning bed?
