I was just wondering because us girls dress up more and fix up more lots of times when we're trying to impress someone. Like change our hair wear more makeup and so on?

Maybe he is trying to conceal his identity. Some guys do things to try and impress girls but some do things to try and make themselves less appealing to certain girls. Who knows why the heck guys do what they do.
