I used Sally Hansen for a long time and it worked fairly well.

In my opinion though if you have the funds and want a permanent solution go with laser. I did it and it was awesome a little pain but now I feel confident and pretty. I hated it but the Sally Hansen made specifically for FACE is a good one.

Nope. Doesn't grow stubbly at all. The only place i've used a depilatory is on my lip area and the moustache has very fine hairs. But I think if you keep using it on your legs, arms or wherever you use it I think the hair will thin out every time.
