Ok, so i've started using sally hansen bleach a coupla times... but everytime, its harder and takes a longer time to bleach the hair. What's going on? Is it normal?

Oh yea, i bleach about every week.

Honestly, I think you're better off just waxing the hair. You'll only need to wax every 4-6 weeks, and when you wax, the hair grows back in finer and thinner (because you are yanking it out by the root)

After all, blonde facial hair is still facial hair.
