The hair on my face is really bright like its glowing. I've only used the bleach 3 times. Does this stuff wear off or am I stuck with it this way?

You're skin probably is too dark for bleach so that using it only makes your hair stand out more. You should stop using the bleach and maybe try waxing or tweezing, or else it's gonna get even more noticeable.

cover it with a powder foundation..It will help it blend with your skin tome more..

The thing is about bleach is that the hair will eventually break off and the hair will grow back. You won't be stuck that way.
