im a guy but im worried about shaveing. im worried that if i shave to high on my cheks or to far on the sides or to low on the neck that hair will start growing thair?

No...myth...no matter how much you shave your only going to grow as much hair as your meant to have....depending on genes and testosterone...

sounds like you dont even have facial hair or else you wouldnt be trying to shave places that dont already ahve hair
just use bubble bath suds and leave the cap on the razor for another year or 2
