Okay, I'm 15.
I regularly pluck my eyebrows, mustache.
I have dark thick hair, and really fair skin (so it stands out)
theres bits of hair starting to grow, looking like dots on my skin. It's really annoying me. it's really hard to get out!!! impossible!!
I don't want to use nair, because of the chemicals, and the smell. my friends all say the smell is horrid, and my parents will never allow it. Waxing might be fine, but I heard it bleeds, and won;t get the little parts.
Anything to cover up or take out these annoying hairs? PLEASE ANSWER! I'm desperate here!

It's a hormonal thing.
If there's not too much of it, do you really need to do anything? Most guys are OK about women with, for example, a slight moustache.
If you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer and there's a lot of misleading "information" around.
Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of
1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many
2) your body producing high levels of testosterone
The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.
Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.
As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that
* Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.
* Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.
* Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.
* Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.
Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Philips/Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Philips/Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

Try threading. It's a technique originated in India and around that region. Phone around to salons to see who does it in your area. It's a very annoying pain but it works for me every time so I deal with it.

There is a small little facial shaver that is the size of an ink pen that is safe your parents would probably agree you use. It shaves it off to smooth skin. I cannot remember the name of it just now but QVC sells it. I have the same trouble. Pale skin and dark hair.
perhaps this one:
V26192 under $20
V16928 under $30

ok of course plucking won't get every little strand out unless you sit there all day long plucking them. Waxing will get rid of it and there are occasions that it will bleed but it is better in the end. my mom gets her facial hair removed through waxing. no matter what you do they will always come back, so when you find a solution that suits you best....besure to stick with it.

Wax, Doesn't Make You Bleed Sweety, I'm 19 Years Old And I Have Lots Of Hairs, And Wish To Get Some Out, But Can't So I Use Some Razor Or Wax Which Is More Convenient, Your Face Won't Bleed, It'll Hurt Thought But It's Worth It...

There are over the counter hair lightners made for the face. Use one of those. Keep in mind though that it will eventually lighten your skin too. It is best to wax. Electrolysis is good to but very pricey!!!

Just get a hair removal operation. Fairly affordable and all the people that had something to say about your other products can buy it for you.

Go to the salon they should be able to help you, if that doesnt help and you are absolutly DESPERATE try shaving it very carefully with shaving cream, only use that as a last resort tho because once u shave once it grows back thicker every time.

Yeah! Nair sucks there is Veet sensative formula as an alternative it should get all the hairs if you leave it on for long enough. I leave it on for about 5 minutes and it left everything smooth. I am light skin too so have a similar problem. Plucking and shaving will just make hair thicker and makes more grow out so be careful with that. I recently tried 2 different waxing products and they worked on few hairs but it also tore my skin off. So I went and Finally tried veet sensitive formula and it has worked so far. I don't think it smells bad either. There is also threading that was recommended to me. I recently met a chick that does that but I don't think it is easy.
I tried bleaching but for some reason it made more hair grow.
You can try it if you don't mind feeling the hair there. Be careful when you use the bleach for the hair because it will bleach your skin too.
Here is a list of products that have reviews and ratings on them. Even though Veet sensative formula didn't get 5 stars I still would recommend it because I have tried too many products and that one seems to be the best so far.

If your skin is super sensitive like mine I recommend putting a very thin layer of vicks vapor rub or Vaseline when you put the veet products on.
Here this is what threading looks like, i found a video.

shave them with a razor
Let's be honest. Undesirable hair on the face is our greatest bad dream. In any case, the minute we attempt to string it off, we get furious red blotches all over. Along these lines, we have a go at waxing straightaway. After it, your face isn't just red and spotty, yet in addition swollen and sore. We gravely pledge that we are not going to try it again. Be that as it may, right before the following date/party/wedding, we are left pondering – what threat can one more try do? Furthermore, we are back to repeating the endless loop! Dread not! As usual, Mother Nature has given us astonishing arrangements that, after some time, will enable us to say farewell to the much-abhorred facial hair. I said 'after some time' since natural cures take more time to demonstrate results. However, adhering to characteristic items won't harm your touchy facial skin, dissimilar to those cures that guarantee moment results. Also, except if you are oversensitive to any of the fixings, they won't have any reactions. Visit the best salon around you or stay home and try these mixtures
