If she is only 16 and has noticeable hair already, she might want to get tested for hormone imbalance or it just might be puberty. I would recommend bleaching the area if she is not that sensitive or threading it.

you can always bleach it. I recommend not shaving it, if it comes down to getting rid of the hair then you have to wax it.

1. Do NOT shave it, under any circumstances.

2. Do not wax it.

3. Use facial cream bleach. It will sting a little when applied, and it smells bad, but she only has to leave it on 10 minutes. After that, have her just wash it off carefully and the hairs will be so light you wont even be able to tell its there. Hope that helps!
