i plucked my slightly girl moustache. i dont have hair anymore but it leaves sorto f like a shadow. what is this? can i make it lighter? help me please

The hair-bearing follicles have a bit of pigment in them. Even with the hairs gone, you see where they were. I'm almost positive that this is only noticeable to you. Take it easy--I'm sure that you have solved your "problem".
