Is faint facial hair common in women?

my friend is very self conscious about miniscule whitish hairs above her lip and a bit right below her lip. they aren't noticable unless you are unnaturally close to her face. she said she can see a few darker hairs. (she has brown hair) anyways, is this common in most/all women and is there a way to rid of it so that it will not come back? i really wanna help her.

It's a wonder the hair on our faces is so faint! lol but yes, if she's still really selfconscious, she can get her lip/chin waxed use bleach...there are lots of options. Like Nair and aveeno facial remover. my friend used it and the results were amazing. the prices aren't that expensive. most Under $10 or $15 dollars.
