i know wnat you mean i started puberty the same time as everyone else (pubic hair when twelve ) but didnthave underarm hair till i was 16 (it still grew in VERY slowly) and all the guys i knew had it by 14 its just genetics my dad has very little underarm hair and no chest hair

i know it makes you feel stupid and little but most girls like it shaved or trimmed anyway

You can do but not regularly because you r too young and it's in routine make your skin hard but sometime occassionaly u can try it to glow your skin as per your skin type.

And for underarm you can use wax, hair removing cream or shaving formula, because now a days it is essential because girls are using without sleeve dresses.

i guess you are a bloke. no woman would be concerned about that. well at least you don't have to shave! OK maybe you could have some hormone levels checked, just in case they are a bit out. it won't hurt. u prob just need to wait a bit longer, although i guess it is hard if all of your friends have hair. similar to being a girl that develops breasts late.

Relax, you've got plenty of years to grow alot of hair. As for

your lower section LOL, sometimes they do take root first.

Don't be in any hurry to grow a beard, because two or three

years from now, you'll wish you didn't have the whiskers to

shave when your face feels tender from shaving the day before. Some have more tender skin than others and scraping your face each day, will soon become bothersome.

But it will be a necessary thing to hold down a decent job.

So then you'll have to resign yourself to it.

Our grandson is only 14, but he's 6ft 2" already. And he's

fully filled out like a man. He matured early, but his face is

still whiskerless too. He's impatient to grow a beard and

he'll wish one day he hadn't begun to shave LOL. That's why

some men don't shave on their days off. They want to give

their skin a rest. So enjoy your smooth face while you have it.

You'll attract more girlfriends with smooth skin, than with one

of beard stubble :).
