i am a bit hairy one i have some hair on my cheeks i suffered from acne n pimples now pimples r gone but they left red patches, i wanna ask if i pluck hair which r within red patches cause allergy or scar or any damage?

it does not cause infection. The red patches are becuase you are irritating your skin. It will not scar.
If you are pluckibg eyebows, try putting neuosporin on them
at night after plucking. this will lessen the irriation.
