this is not a whole beard(coz a complete beard is permitted infact appreciated in islam)im talking about fancy facial hairs like a french beard or something

There is a difference of opinion on whether the beard is Fard(obligatory) or Sunnah(Ways of the Prophet and highly recommended). But either way the kind of beard you are speaking of is not recommended. The Prophet(peace be upon him) said shave the mustache leave the beard.
